Công việc này tập trung vào việc cung cấp hỗ trợ khách hàng và tư vấn chuyên nghiệp cho các sản phẩm và dịch vụ của chúng tôi, đồng thời duy trì chất lượng dịch vụ cao và sự hài lòng của khách hàng.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Customer Support & Consultancy: Provide exceptional customer support and expert consultancy for our full range of products and services.

• Call Handling: Manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently to address customer inquiries and needs.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure top-tier service quality and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to promptly resolve technical and account-related issues.

• Education: College graduate or higher.

• Language: Basic English communication skills are a plus.

• Shift Availability: * Willing to work night shifts (aligned with the U.S. time zone).

• Able to work overtime (OT) during peak seasons.

• Về mặt kỹ năng, ứng viên cần có: kỹ năng giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề, am hiểu quan hệ khách hàng và có kinh nghiệm với tư vấn khách hàng.

• Để đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc, cần có hiểu biết về: call center, parttime, dịch vụ khách hàng, cùng với nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng.

• Salary: 12.000.000 – 13.000.000 VND/month (negotiable based on experience).
