IT Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day stability and performance of core business systems, primarily the ERP system

- Maintain the technical integrity of data pipelines/integration among software/systems, including ERP, FMS, Innova, WMS.

-Perform system configuration and customize functions/reports based on business requirements.

- Coordinate with ERP vendors and integrated software/system providers.

- Assess and propose system improvements/capacity extension to support the Company's growth strategy.

- Perform other duties at the request of the management.

- Bachelor degree in IT/Finance/Accounting or related field- At least 7 years of experience in implementing/operating ERP system, including 2+ years specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system in medium to large sized companies; manufacturing industry experience preferred, with prior experience in a managerial or project/team coordination role.- Understand the functions, operations of departments and ERP systems.- Understand integration principles and data flows between ERP and integrated systems.- Understanding of programming languages, including AL, C-Sharp, JavaScript- Problem solving skills. Communication, analytical and presentation skills.- Fluent in English, reading and writing skills.- Proficient in Word/Excel/ Powerpoint.- Leadership, human resource management and team-development capability.- Prudence, honesty and responsibility at work.- Careful and able to catch problems quickly.- Having professional ethics, integrity, and a sense of law observance.- Independent work and team work skills
