Store Manager / Cửa hàng trưởng

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Store Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including store image, product presentation, customer service, employees, and store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and commercial strategy.

• Sales & Business Performance: Drive sales, service quality, customer satisfaction, and store profitability by achieving monthly sales targets, motivating staff, monitoring performance, and implementing sales campaigns and promotions in line with the sales plan.

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment, proper inventory control, and efficient product return processes.

• Customer Service Management: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to store operations to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.

• People Management & Development: Lead, coach, train, motivate, and evaluate store employees to improve performance and productivity. Ensure new employees are trained in company policies, procedures, sales techniques, customer communication, and other job-related skills. Provide performance feedback, counseling, and disciplinary action when necessary.

• Staffing & Workforce Planning: Coordinate with Management and HR on manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training programs, staff evaluations, attendance, and other personnel matters. Prepare and manage duty rosters, ensuring adequate staffing, punctuality, and attendance during regular operations, peak seasons, and holidays.

• Reporting & Administration: Prepare and submit monthly store expense claims, invoices, sales performance reports, and other required reports to the Finance Department for payment processing.

• Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

WORKING TIMES

Morning shift : 9:00-17:30

Noon shift : 13:30 – 22:00

Day off : 1 day off/week

1. University graduates.2. At least 2 year-experience in retail customer service industries: fashion retail, supermarket, F&B…3. Good verbal and written communication in English OR Chinese4. Excellent self-management skills, open-minded, Hard-working, have good team-work and communication skills5. Can work under high pressure and self-motivation and willing to work in shifts.
