JOB SUMMARY:

iBooming is a dynamic technology-based digital marketing platform dedicated to connecting products with the right audience. We leverage smart technology to optimize business growth through cost-effective strategies and efficient distribution channels. In Vietnam, we are building a team with a mission to connect brands and Key Opinion Consumers/ Key Opinion Leaders (KOC/KOL) on e-commerce platforms. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Influencer Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attract, negotiate, and manage day-to-day relationships with Creators in social media platforms TikTok.

• Build long-term relationships with valuable Creators.

• Brainstorm strategy and help develop content planning.

• Create a brief based on a content plan and strategy.

• Keep up with trends and give strategy recommendations based on data.

• Monitor and optimize each Creator performance, make sure the campaign target is met.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication or related major

• Having experience in e-commerce or marketing is an advantage

• Having at least 6 months to 1 years’ experience as a KOL Specialist or any relevant.

• Have strong communication, negotiating skills, & problem solving.

• Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.

• Creative and proactive in identifying content trends and proposing executions.

• To succeed in this role, essential skills include: understanding audience segments, experienced with negotiation, proficient in English, and strong grasp of TikTok.

• Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Affiliate Marketing, customer support and other marketing.
