Job Responsibilities
Develop and optimize test strategies, test plans, and automated testing solutions for electronic products.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for functional, integration, and system testing.
Analyze test data, perform root cause analysis, and drive defect resolution and quality improvement.
Support product transition from NPI to High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM), ensuring test stability and reliability.
Standardize test processes, review test cases, and continuously improve test efficiency.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and other teams to ensure product quality and project delivery.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Hands-on experience with FCT/ICT, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), and programming.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and electronic circuits.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills; Vietnamese is preferred.
Experience in the semiconductor or EMS industry is an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
