Job Purpose

We are looking for a technically minded and customer-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to support the sales and business development of commercial laundry equipment in Vietnam.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Leader to understand customer requirements, provide technical product consultation, and recommend suitable commercial laundry solutions for B2B customers. You will also participate in customer meetings, product presentations, and industry seminars to support business development activities.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, approximately 3–4 years of relevant working experience, and a strong interest in combining technical expertise with customer-facing sales activities.

Comprehensive product and technical training will be provided by the Head Office, offering an opportunity to further develop your technical knowledge and commercial skills in a specialized B2B industry.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales Leader to support sales activities and develop new business opportunities for commercial laundry equipment.

Meet with B2B customers to understand their operational requirements and provide technical consultation on suitable equipment and solutions.

Explain product features, technical specifications, functions, and key benefits to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Prepare and deliver product presentations during customer meetings, seminars, and other business events.

Coordinate with internal teams and the Head Office to obtain technical information, clarify customer requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Conduct customer site visits and support site assessments to understand installation requirements and project needs.

Follow up on customer inquiries, project progress, quotations, and sales opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Leader.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and relevant business partners.

Collect market feedback and customer insights to support sales strategies and business development activities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related disciplines are preferred.Approximately 3–4 years of working experience is preferred, particularly in technical sales, sales engineering, application engineering, equipment sales, or other customer-facing technical roles.Candidates with a strong engineering background and a clear interest in developing a career in technical sales are also welcome.Good English communication skills, with the ability to understand technical information, communicate with the Head Office, and deliver product presentations in English.Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.Ability to understand technical concepts and explain product information to customers in an accessible and professional manner.Willingness to learn new products, develop technical expertise, and gain knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and solutions.Proactive, responsible, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Sales Leader and internal teams.Willingness to travel for customer visits, site assessments, and seminars when required.
