Sourcing Specialist (Chinese Speaking Required)

• Control and manage new parts for new product development.

• Follow up and implement cost reduction and localization projects.

• Control and optimize pricing of current parts (timely bidding, price analysis, negotiation with suppliers).

• Negotiate with suppliers regarding quotas and agreements.

• Support the ordering team in resolving material shortages.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Good analytical skills, especially in cost analysis and price evaluation.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Fluent in Chinese (mandatory); good English is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
