Details
1. Receiving & handling purchase orders of customers
2. Summarize orders from Sale PIC and send orders/ orders revised to suppliers
3. Following orders' status to update information to Sale PIC & customers promptly
4. Preparing delivery plans for customers, customs clearance documents and delivery documents, then handing them over to forwarders, warehouse staff and delivery personnel.
5. Storing delivery document & others related to customers
6. Be incharge of weekly & monthly sale reports
7. Other tasks from customers & managers
1. Have bachelor in major of econonic, language, banking...2. English ability: Communication level;3. At least two years experience4. Having basic knowledge of customs procedures for domestic transactions, especially those involving Export Processing Enterprises (EPEs).5. Having experience in using ERP systems6. Be careful, good communication and problem-solving skills7. Good organizational skills8. Proficient in office computing: MS Word, Excel, PPT
