Quality Control Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Lead end-to-end QA/QC operations, manage a sizable quality control team, interface directly with global clients, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• QC Operations: Oversee IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes; ensure testing accuracy and equipment calibration.

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the QC department.

• Customer Complaints & CAPA: Serve as primary contact for client quality issues; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys).

• Systems & Audits: Maintain SOPs and ensure full readiness for internal and customer audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to secure quality from NPI through mass production.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean/Kaizen, SPC implementation, and ERP tracking to reduce defects and optimize costs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Engineering is MANDATORY.• Experience: 5+ years in quality leadership within manufacturing environments (mechanical, electronics, or industrial precision).• Leadership: Proven track record managing large-scale quality teams.• Quality Tools: Solid knowledge of ISO standards and core tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA).• Language: Professional English proficiency (verbal and written).• Systems: Prior experience with manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dx 365) is a plus.
