We are looking for a Backpack/bag Factory production QC/QA Leader to join our team. This role will oversee subcontract production, manage QC/QA activities, coordinate with overseas customers and local factories.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage QC/QA across backpack & bag production lines.
• Monitor production progress to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement with factories and suppliers.
• Manage subcontract (CMT/processing) orders and coordinate with global customers.
• Workplace: at the factory in District 12, HCMC
• 5+ years’ experience in backpack/bag manufacturing (factory or company background required).• Deep knowledge of production processes, sewing techniques, and materials (fabric, trims, hardware).• Proven ability to manage production, solve problems, and coordinate across teams.• Good communication in English (written & spoken).• Based in Ho Chi Minh City with a personal motorbike for local factory visits.• Highly responsible, reliable, and strong leadership mindset.Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (to be discussed in interview).
Tham gia BHXH, BHYT đầy đủ theo quy định pháp luật, xét tăng lương hàng năm, lương tháng 13.
