MOBILE TEST ENGINEER (Manual & Automation)

JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves creating and executing test plans for mobile applications, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with development and product teams to enhance product quality. It also includes participating in Agile/Scrum activities and maintaining QA documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for mobile applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, compatibility, and usability testing.

• Develop, maintain, and execute mobile test automation frameworks and scripts.

• Test applications across multiple devices, OS versions, and network conditions.

• Track and verify bugs using Jira or similar tools.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve product quality.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and maintain QA documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in Mobile QA/Testing.

• Hands-on experience in mobile testing and test automation.

• Knowledge of mobile testing platforms such as Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm, or BrowserStack.

• Experience in API testing and automation (Postman, REST Assured, Karate, etc.).

• Familiarity with automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit/TestNG, or Robot Framework.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good English communication skills; Japanese is a plus.

• In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Test Automation, knowledge of Testing, and experienced with Testcase.

• Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of QA/QC, understanding of Software, and experience with Tester.
