Japanese Assistant Manager (Engineer)

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Lead interior fit-out projects from client requirement gathering through design coordination, partner management, quality control, and project delivery.

The successful candidate will act as the primary coordinator between clients, internal designers, and external construction partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

As our company focuses on consulting, design, project management, and quality control while utilizing external contractors for construction work, strong communication, coordination, and project management skills are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or project management.

• Experience managing client relationships and project coordination.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Business-level Japanese communication

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in office interior fit-out projects.

• Experience working with Japanese companies.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design tools.
