IT Project Assistant Manager (Japanese fluency)

• DX Strategy Support: Support the Head of the DX Strategy Department in developing digital transformation (DX) strategies and policies, coordinating schedules and meetings, managing emails, preparing meeting minutes and documents, organizing records, and translating between Vietnamese, English, and Japanese.

• IT Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with internal departments and the Japanese headquarters to develop, maintain, and manage IT infrastructure, including networks, devices, and related systems.

• IT Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve IT infrastructure issues independently or in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

• Digital Transformation Projects: Work with internal departments and the Japanese headquarters to plan, launch, implement, and manage system development projects that leverage digital technologies to improve business operations.

• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to internal departments on system development and the application of digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Other Responsibilities: Take on additional duties and responsibilities as the role evolves, contributing to the long-term development of the DX Strategy Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT, including infrastructure management and system development.

• Experience in system planning, requirements gathering, and end-to-end project management.

• Knowledge of system design, programming, testing, and implementation.

• Experience managing IT infrastructure, including computers, mobile devices, networks, and user accounts.

• Good Japanese and English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, data analysis, or automation is an advantage.

• Relevant IT certifications and experience in multinational environments are preferred.
