1. HR Trainee is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Department (HR).2. Providing support to the Human Resources Team members in recruiting (proceed the application and interview; post-interview follow up & on-boarding support).3.Support the preparation and management of C&B-related documents.4. Ensure accurate on-boarding & termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interviews & onboard/of-board checklist.5. Ensure accurate & up-to-date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile.6. Participating in the pre-training preparation, post-training follows up.7. Coordinating in-house activities monthly.8. Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager.
• 3rd or 4th-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good command of English
• Good communication skills, careful and responsible.
• Proficiency in video creation and editing using CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Available for a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
