[HCM/HN] Product Manager (PC/Laptop/El/Ict)

• Manage several product categories within the Accessories business unit.
• Work directly with business partners and internal departments on all product-related matters, including contracts, commercial policies, pricing, promotional campaigns, sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Conduct market and competitor research; take ownership of purchasing, inventory management, sales performance, and clearance of slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Act as the key point of contact for the implementation team, providing product training and sales guidance to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and other relevant departments to drive sales growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Category.
• Report directly to the Head of Category and the Director of the Category Management Division.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail, Procurement/Purchasing, or Inventory Management.
• Preferred candidate with hands-on experience in Category Management, Purchasing, or Business Operations within the EL (Electronics / Home Appliances) & ICT sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
• Strong logical thinking, creativity, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, highly responsible, and eager to learn.
• Demonstrate a strong career growth mindset and ambition for advancement.
• Proficiency in English and experience in finance, financial analysis, purchasing, or sales are considered an advantage.
