[Hanoi] Mass Recruitment Senior Consultant

Purpose of the position:

Mass Recruitment Senior Consultant will manage and implement recruitment/ outsourcing activities to supply appropriate candidates, services timely and effectively to customers.

This role will also maintain the long-term relationships with clients, candidates, enhance clients’/candidates’ satisfaction and seek business growth opportunities.

Job Accountabilities:

• Achieve individual revenue and team targets.

• Manage end-to-end mass recruitment projects.

• Build candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring delivery.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring needs.

• Support business development and client relationship management.

• Ensure recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance are in place.

• Coach and support junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or relevant.

• 3-4 years+ of working experience in Mass Recruitment (Manufacturing, Retail,...)

• Experience in agency, RPO, staffing, or outsourcing services is a strong advantage

• Growth Mindset and One-Team Mindset.
