In charge of running the operations of office buildings, apartments.Supervise, train and monitor the technical team.To develop, implement and monitor standard technical procedures for the buildings.Work with the Property Manager to develop, implement and monitor budgets and financial planning for technical equipment in the buildings.To support member of the on-site team with technical and engineering advice and support.Development and continuous improvement of technical and engineering resources for the department.Support other Asset Services projects and activities with your specialized skills, experience and teamwork.Other jobs as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
• Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Bất động sản, Ngân hàng, hoặc Tài chính, Marketing, Bảo hiểm, Xe hơi
• Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung là lợi thế
