• Handle the entire credit process, including customer consultation, credit appraisal, financial analysis for project evaluation and approval, preparation of agreements and contracts, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring;
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and monitor projects throughout their lifecycle until completion or termination;
• Prepare reports as requested by the Chief of the Credit Division, Accounting Division, and the Board of Management (BOM);
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Management (BOM).
• University degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage;
• Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Honest, diligent, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
