Assistant Manager/Manager - Warehouse

1. Warehouse Operations

- Ensure warehouse processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

- Monitor daily operational performance and report issues or opportunities for improvement.

- Coordinate warehouse activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.

2. Inventory Management

- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and routine inventory verification activities.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Material Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure material availability.

- Maintain accurate inventory records within the system.

3. Warehouse Layout and Organization

- Support warehouse layout optimization to maximize storage utilization and operational efficiency.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and handling of materials.

- Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and compliance with safety regulations.

4. Team Supervision

- Supervise warehouse staff in daily operations and provide guidance when required.

- Support training and onboarding activities for warehouse employees.

- Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.

- Assist in fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment.

5. Performance and Continuous Improvement

- Track warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, receiving efficiency, and productivity.

- Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

- Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

6. Compliance and Safety

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, requirements, and safety regulations.

- Support warehouse audits and corrective action implementation.

- Promote safe working practices and environmental compliance.

·       At least 8–10 years of experience, preferably in printing, labels, packaging, or converting.

·       At least 3–5 years in a Assistant Manager/Manager Warehouse position.

·       Certificate Course warehouse management.

·       Familiarity with D365/ ERP systems and manufacturing performance reporting

·       Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability

·       Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.

·       Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

·       Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Good organizational and time management abilities
