RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the food industry - is looking for an MT Sales Manager - Foods to manage nationwide Modern Trade sales, develop new accounts, negotiate with retail partners, and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.

• Working Location: Saigon Ward, HCMC & Long An Factory

• Monthly Salary: Up to 65M VND Gross

Job Description

• Manage and expand sales with existing customers in the nationwide Modern Trade (MT) channel.

• Plan and execute monthly sales promotions and develop new SKUs with retail partners.

• Negotiate with retail buyers and key account managers.

• Develop new accounts and acquire new business opportunities.

• Lead, manage, and coach sales supervisors and representatives across provinces.

• Manage sales budgets, set targets, and monitor team performance.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify business opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at supermarket and convenience store chains.

• Coordinate with trade marketing and logistics teams to ensure efficient product distribution and in-store execution.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Language: Business-level English.

• Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience as an MT Sales Manager covering nationwide accounts in a food/confectionery manufacturing company.

• Experience in team leadership, people management, and performance management.

• Strong negotiation and account management skills, especially with retail buyers.

• Strong skills in sales planning, budget management, and new business development.
