World Moderation Reviewer (Junior) – ZEPETO

You will review user-created and in-house Worlds on ZEPETO. Your primary tasks include:

1. Functional QA: Identify and report issues.

2. Platform Policy Compliance: Ensure content meets platform guidelines.

Collaborate with teams in Vietnam and headquarters.

1. Job Requirement• 1+ year of experience in QA, content moderation, or a related field• Test Worlds/Maps across mobile (Android, iOS) to identify issues and ensure compliance with content policies and guidelines.• Report bugs and track them in the issue tracker until resolved.• Communicate and coordinate with Vietnam teams and headquarters teams.• Careful and detail-oriented, able to stay focused through review work.• Good teamwork, responsible, able to meet deadlines, and follow company policies and review procedures.• Interest in games and pop culture, including films, anime, and social media.• Please summarize your gaming experience in your CV, including the games you have played, your favorite game, and the reasons you like it.• English skills are a must.2. Preferred Qualifications:• Basic knowledge of writing test cases.• Awareness of social and cultural sensitivities.3.
