Warehouse Staff (Open For Level Leader/Supervisor)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Warehouse Operations Management

• Supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of inventory, inbound, and outbound shipments

• Coordinate warehouse activities and arrange manpower effectively according to operational workload

• Monitor shipments to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and delivery schedules

• Maintain proper filing and control of shipping-related documents

• Follow established SOPs and promptly consult with superiors regarding any operational issues, updates, or process improvement opportunities

Inventory & Performance Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and standards

• Monitor operational performance and drive the team to achieve company KPIs and business growth objectives

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels

Team Leadership & Communication

• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals

• Coordinate with internal teams and the office team to resolve logistics issues and meet customer-specific requests promptly

• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, performance-driven working environment

Customer & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with customers and vendors regarding warehouse operations, inventory management, shipment status, and related matters

• Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Lead and participate in Kaizen and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency and workplace organization

• Ensure compliance with labor safety regulations and company safety policies

Reporting

• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, issues, and improvement plans

• Perform other tasks assigned by managers

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or warehousing

• Good English

• Proficiency in computer knowledge

• Ability to use warehouse software and systems

• Ambitious and proactive, with strong accountability, time management and a willingness to take on challenges

• Logical Thinking and Analytical Skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of import/export procedure

• Data analyzing skills

• Certificates on safety controlling, 5S…

• Forklift driving license
