To deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and proceduresTo communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant informationTo establish and maintains effective employee working relationshipsTo attend and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduledTo attend and participates in training sessions as scheduled Prepares for serviceTo ensure to deliver effective Food service by following:- Guests are greeted and seated- Daily specials are explained and upsold- Food orders are processed accurately- Trays and tray jacks are effectively used- Food orders are taken quickly- Payment methods are handled accurately- Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly- Bar is clean

- Used ashtrays are regularly cleaned

- Guests are conversed with in relation to the food and beverage products

• To ensure to deliver beverage service by following:

- Beverages are upsold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations

- Converse with Guests about wine, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine

- Promoting and selling cocktails to guests

- Making and presenting cocktails

- Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard

• To take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

• To ensure all stocks are in a correctly stored in accordance to hotel procedures

• To be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to safety management

• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests

• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride

• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done

• May assist with other duties as assigned by management

1. Education: High School

2. Service years in the field :

Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.

3. Knowledge and skills:

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency

Having knowledge about food safety and hygiene

4. Language: Able to read and write English
