JOB SUMMARY
• Be responsible for all development activities for all helmet projects
MAIN DUTIES
1. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term R&D plans, including project budgets and resource allocation.
2. Lead engineering and development activities for new helmet projects and components.
3. Review 2D/3D drawings and ensure technical feasibility and compliance with HQ requirements.
4. Coordinate with suppliers on DFM, tooling, sampling, and component validation.
5. Manage project timelines and ensure successful completion of T0, T1, PPAP, and pilot runs before mass production.
6. Coordinate with R&D, Operation Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Ensure product components, materials, and molds meet technical specifications and production requirements..
8. Provide technical support and resolve issues related to design, materials, molds, and components to prevent production disruptions.
9. Act as the key technical contact between Dainese Vietnam and HQ, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
10. Lead, train, and develop the local R&D team to strengthen technical capabilities and continuous improvement.

Kinh nghiệm, Kỹ năng và Kiến thức (Experience, skill, knowledge)Qualification: • Tốt nghiệp ngành cơ khí, điện, nguyên vật liệu, và các ngành học khác có liên quan/ Education Bachelor’s Degree in mechanic, electricity, materials and other relevant majorsExperience• Ít nhất 10 năm kinh nghiệm tại công ty sản xuất cơ khí, nhựa. Kinh nghiệm phát triển mũ bảo hiểm là lợi thế/ At least 10 years experience in mechanic, plastic manufacturing factory. Experince in helmet development is a plus• Kinh nghiệm đào tạo, hướng dẫn / Experience in training
Năng lực cá nhân & Yếu tố khác (Competency and other requirements)Skills• Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch tốt/ Good planning skill• Kỹ năng quản lý tốt/ Good management skill• Có khả năng đào tạo/ Training skill• Ngoại giao tốt, có khả năng làm việc với nhiều đối tác trong và ngoài tổ chức/ Strong interpersonal skills & able to work with various levels inside /outside organization• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp sẽ là lợi thế/ English is a plus• Quản trị sự thay đổi/ Effective influencing & managing changes
