Total Rewards Manager

• Compensation & Governance: Lead the overall compensation agenda, covering job architecture, grading, salary structures and market benchmarking. Ensure pay competitiveness and internal equity, while maintaining appropriate governance and approval processes. Own the annual salary review, promotion and salary adjustment cycle, with a strong focus on compliance and controls.

• Benefits: Review and enhance the benefits portfolio across insurance, wellbeing, allowances and long-term benefits. Ensure the overall offering remains competitive and relevant, while balancing employee value and cost.

• Performance & Incentives: Develop and manage incentive programs. Ensure reward mechanisms are aligned with business priorities, performance and financial outcomes.

• Workforce Planning & Cost: Drive Total Rewards analytics, workforce cost planning, reporting and scenario analysis. Partner with HR and business leaders on headcount planning and workforce cost management, providing data driven recommendations where needed.

• Projects & Transformation: Lead key Total Rewards projects and implementation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation, pay equity, incentives and other reward related matters.

• Bachelor Degree, 10+ years of experience across Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or broader HR reward functions, preferably gained in large and complex organizations in FMCG, Retail...

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

• Solid experience in developing and managing reward frameworks, with exposure to job evaluation, salary structures, incentive programs, benefits and overall rewards effectiveness.

• Good understanding of compensation principles, market practices, pay positioning and reward governance, with the ability to apply these in a practical business environment.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, comfortable working with workforce data, budgets and cost scenarios to support business and people decisions.

• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to work across different functions and levels, influence key decisions and navigate confidential or sensitive people matters.
