• Ensure all types of machinery and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production.
• Make a schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, and preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum downtime for production.
• Plan & coordinate maintenance downtime with production requirements to maximize equipment availability.
• Maintain facilities in the first-class condition through housekeeping, 5S.
• Take initiatives in modifying and fabricating machines to facilitate production needs.
• Make proposals to improve the machines' performance.
• To supervise maintenance operators & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations. Train and develop people to enrich their skills and knowledge.
• Cooperate with relevant to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Other assignments if required by Maintenance Manager, Factory Manager.
Education: Graduated from University in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 years in a technical field, maintenance, repairing…preferably in FMCG.
