Test Assignment Executive (Hardline)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Assignment Executive to support laboratory operations by preparing accurate test plans, assigning samples, and coordinating testing requirements to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, prepare test plans, and assign samples according to testing standards and client programs.

• Communicate with customers, KAMs, laboratories, and relevant stakeholders to clarify testing requirements and resolve technical queries.

• Perform sample breakdown, determine testing needs, arrange sample loading, and manage sample photography/documentation.

• Coordinate subcontract testing activities, logistics arrangements, and sample pickup requests when required.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of test assignments while maintaining compliance with SGS procedures and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, Textile, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related disciplines.

• Good English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and coordination skills.

• Experience in laboratory operations, customer service, test assignment, QA/QC, or the TIC industry is an advantage.
