Solar Structural Engineer

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel building projects.

• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and engineering documentation.

• Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and loading requirements.

• Develop safe, economical, and optimized structural solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Drafting, Detailing, Project Management, and Sales teams throughout project execution.

• Review and verify engineering outputs, including drawings and design calculations.

• Provide technical support during fabrication, erection, and project implementation stages.

• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.

• Participate in value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support project teams in resolving technical issues and customer inquiries.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in structural design, preferably in steel structures or pre-engineered buildings.

• Knowledge of structural analysis and steel design principles.

• Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• English proficiency sufficient for technical communication and documentation.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
