Social Media Manager (Phu Quoc Based)

Develop and execute the social media strategy for Rixos Phu Quoc in line with brand standards and business objectives.Manage daily content across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.Create engaging content that reflects the Rixos brand, resort experiences, lifestyle and destination.Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate content production with internal teams and external partners.Write and edit engaging captions, social media copy and campaign content in line with the brand tone of voice.Coordinate photo and video shoots, including planning, briefing and content requirements.Work closely with Marketing, PR, F&B, Rooms and other departments to identify storytelling opportunities.Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Manage the resort’s social media community, including comments, messages and guest engagement.Monitor and analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with agencies or digital partners when required.Ensure all content is aligned with Rixos and Accor brand guidelines.Support pre-opening communication campaigns and build awareness of Rixos Phu Quoc before and after opening.Work with influencers, creators and content partners to develop relevant collaborations and campaigns.Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, trends, formats and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Hospitality or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a related role.

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, international hotel brands or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and digital marketing.

• Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.

• Strong visual sense and understanding of photography and video content.

• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.

• Experience working with influencers, creators or external agencies is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.

• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural and pre-opening environment.
