Shopfloor Controller

·         Monitor daily production output by line and compare against the production plan.

·         Track order progress and identify potential shipment or delivery risks.

·         Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve issues impacting delivery commitments.

·         Maintain and update daily production and delivery tracking reports.

·         Follow up on material shortages, production constraints, and recovery actions.

·         Provide real-time shopfloor status updates to the Customer Delivery Office.

·         Support daily production plan adjustments based on actual shopfloor conditions.

·         Escalate critical issues requiring management attention.

·         Ensure data accuracy for production output, delivery adherence, and operational KPIs.

·         Support shift handovers and maintain clear communication across shifts.

·         Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

·         Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·         Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

·         Good command of English, both written and spoken.

·         Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.

·         Flexible to work shifts as required.

·         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience in Production Planning, PMC, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.

·         Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

·         Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
