• Ensure assigned dealers, regions, or territories meet Service KPIs and performance targets.
• Enhance dealer service operations by implementing SOPs, conducting monthly dealer improvements. Also, oversee dealer execution of service promotion programs.
• Act as a representative and liaison for dealers regarding service business matters.
• Facilitate the resolution of specific dealer-related issues.
• Provide necessary training for dealer staff.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on the service performance of assigned dealers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Male/Female; Under 35 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• At least 02 years of experience in dealer operation in the Automobile industry
• Good at English
