Senior SAP PP Specialist – Manufacturing | Up to 35M

• Take primary functional responsibility for the SAP Production Planning (PP) module and ensure that the system effectively supports manufacturing operations and business requirements.

• Work closely with business users to understand operational needs, analyze issues and translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.

• Support and continuously improve key manufacturing processes, including MRP, production planning, capacity planning, shop floor control and production execution.

• Maintain and optimize PP-related master data and processes, including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers and Production Orders.

• Provide functional support for related SAP modules such as MM, WM and QM, while progressively developing broader knowledge across Supply Chain functions.

• Identify recurring system issues and opportunities for process improvement and coordinate with the ERP team to implement appropriate solutions.

• Participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects across multiple sites and take ownership of assigned workstreams or sub-projects.

• Coordinate system testing, rollout activities, user training and communication of system changes to key users and end users.

• Handle both ongoing SAP application maintenance/support and project-related activities to ensure system stability.

• Support third-party and internally developed applications integrated with SAP, particularly applications related to manufacturing, planning and project operations.

• Prepare and maintain SAP process and integration documentation and provide updates on change requests, system improvements and project progress.

• Collaborate with the global ERP team to harmonize working methods, exchange best practices and ensure consistent SAP support across different locations.

• Support relevant activities involving customs declaration systems, processing trade electronic manuals, logistics, freight forwarding and Supply Chain operations.

• Interpret relevant legal regulations and support the assessment of compliance risks related to assigned processes

• Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

* Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết:

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP is required.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning, capacity planning, shop floor control, MRP and production execution.

• Solid understanding of SAP PP master data, including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers and Production Orders.

• Good understanding of the integration between SAP PP and related modules/business processes such as MM, WM, QM, SD and FI/CO.

• Experience working with SAP MM, WM, QM or other related modules is an advantage.

• Experience in both SAP project implementation/enhancement and application maintenance/support.

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics or high-tech manufacturing is an advantage.

• Experience with customs declaration systems and processing trade electronic manuals is preferred.

• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding and Supply Chain operations.

• Ability to understand relevant legal regulations and assess compliance risks.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and manufacturing processes.

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Willing to attend training in Malaysia when required.
