Senior QC Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QC Engineer to strengthen our Quality Control team, focusing on inspection standards, quality data analysis, quality performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain QC inspection standards, check sheets, and Work Instructions.

• Monitor and analyze quality data and KPIs, identify trends, and drive improvement actions.

• Review measurement and statistical results to support quality decisions.

• Monitor and follow up on customer complaints and process/product quality issues.

• Lead or support quality improvement and problem-solving activities.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the QC team and cross-functional functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Engineering in manufacturing.

• Good knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, data analysis, and problem solving.

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in using AI tools to support data analysis, visualization, and quality improvement.

• Experience in automotive, electronics, wire harness, molding, or related industries is an advantage.
