Senior Medical Representative (Sales)

1. Drive Medical Food Business & Sales Activities

- Execute sales activities across multiple channels including D2C platforms, pharmacies, hospitals, and direct customer channels to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, patients, and caregivers.

- Provide customer support and after-sales services, including collecting feedback from consumers and healthcare professionals to improve service quality and customer experience.

- Monitor market insights, customer needs, and sales performance to identify business growth opportunities.

2. Support Marketing & Business Development Activities

- Implement marketing communication activities and business initiatives aligned with company strategies.

- Manage and develop communication channels (e.g., social media groups, D2C platforms, hotline, webinars, workshops) to engage patients, families, and caregivers.

- Provide product information and consultation related to medical food solutions.

3. Cross-functional Business Operations & Reporting

- Coordinate with internal teams (QA, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth operations, including procurement, inventory management, delivery, system management, and regulatory compliance.

- Prepare regular business reports and analysis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).

- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related healthcare fields.- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role in the field of medical food;- Be proficient in English (4 skills) and Microsoft Office.- Good communication, strong negotiation and sales skills.- Having knowledge of Sales, Business Development and Customer Service in the medical food/healthcare business area is a plus point.
