Job summary
- To be responsible for the sales and distribution of financial products to institutional clients.
- To design and advise tailored Financial solutions (e.g., Asset-backed securities, customized debt instruments, offshore loans, margin loans, stocks trading…) based on specific corporate and institutional needs.
Responsibilities and accountabilities
- Build and develop strong relationships with dealers from investment funds, securities companies, and domestic/foreign financial institutions.
- Guide and execute account opening procedures for institutional clients (both domestic and foreign); assist clients in completing indirect investment capital account opening procedures at custodian banks and obtaining trading codes with the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
- Place trading orders for clients; coordinate with internal operational departments and custodian banks to ensure client trades be executed swiftly, accurately, and error-free.
- Report trading activities and client/client group account statuses periodically and on an ad-hoc basis.
- Maintain regular communication with traders and analysts to update and exchange market information.
- Advise customers with specific funding demands (Margin loans, mobilization products…)
- Develop internal operational procedures related to domestic and foreign institutional clients.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by BOM within the functions and duties of the Wholesale Team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (majoring in Economics, Finance, Securities, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).- Certifications: Holds a Securities Brokerage Practice Certificate.- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an institutional client broker or foreign clients broker.
Required Skills:- Institutional Client Acquisition- Securities Trading- Market and Stock analyst skills to update and exchange market information with clients.- Fluent in English (proficiency in an additional foreign language such as Japanese, Chinese, or Korean is a plus).- Presentation skills
