Senior Game QA Tester – STYLZ (ZEPETO · NAVER Z)

SNOW Vietnam is part of the NAVER family, Korea’s leading internet company. Our team in Ho Chi Minh City works with headquarters in Korea on global apps used by millions, including ZEPETO, SNOW and B612.

About STYLZ:

STYLZ is a mobile fashion styling game from ZEPETO, operated by NAVER Z. It is live on iOS with regular updates. Players complete styling requests, enter contests and build their wardrobe.

About the role:

You will be the quality gate before each update reaches players. The job is not only to find bugs, but to find out exactly when and why they happen — so developers can fix them without guessing. You will work closely with the product team in Korea, and as the most experienced tester on STYLZ, you will also set the testing standard for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Test Development QA, Staging and Production builds on each update cycle, including new-user flows, in-app purchases and compatibility with previous versions

• Write and maintain test cases for new features

• When a bug appears, investigate it: vary accounts, fresh install vs. update, interruptions, devices and network conditions until you know what triggers it

• Write clear bug reports in ClickUp — build, device, account state, preconditions, numbered reproduction steps, reproduction rate under each condition, and a recording from the first occurrence

• Reproduce issues reported by live users and narrow down their cause

• Explore the game beyond the normal path to catch issues before players do

• Follow up on feedback from the product team and report what you changed or found

• Review other testers’ bug reports before they go to the product team, and help them improve their investigation and reporting

• 5+ years of experience in software or game QA, including mobile apps• Working English (reading and writing) for daily communication with the product team• Strong curiosity and persistence — you keep testing until you understand the cause, not only the symptom• Clear, structured written reporting• Regular mobile game player — please summarize your gaming experience in your CV• Comfortable testing on both iOS and AndroidPreferred:

• Experience with casual, fashion or dress-up games

• Experience guiding or reviewing the work of other testers

• Experience writing test cases and using issue trackers (ClickUp, Jira or similar)

• Korean or Japanese reading ability

• Experience testing in-app purchases or live-service games
