Senior ERP Consultant / Technical Sales / Senior BA

JOB SUMMARY:

Act as a technical/domain expert in customer meetings and support sales in opportunity qualification and solution shaping. Lead discovery workshops with Finance, Accounting, Warehouse & Supply Chain teams, capturing AS-IS and proposing TO-BE processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as technical/domain expert in customer meetings; support sales in opportunity qualification and solution shaping.

• Lead discovery workshops with Finance, Accounting, Warehouse & Supply Chain teams; capture AS-IS and propose TO-BE processes.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard-first ERP solutions; justify customization where necessary.

• Deliver solution demos, POCs and technical presentations to customers/management.

• Prepare solution architecture, effort estimation, proposals, quotations and RFP/SOW responses with Sales & Delivery teams.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and hand over clear scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria to Delivery.

• Advise on Vietnamese statutory/accounting requirements affecting ERP design.

• Support technical contract negotiation and define delivery assumptions/exclusions.

• Develop reusable pre-sales assets, industry templates, demo environments and estimation models.

• Keep updated on ERP products/market trends and share knowledge with project teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years as ERP Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant or Pre-sales Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of either Finance & Accounting (GL, AP/AR, FA, costing, consolidation, closing) or Logistics & Supply Chain (P2P, O2C, inventory, warehouse, planning, distribution).

• Hands-on configuration/demo experience with at least one ERP: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo or Infor.

• Strong experience in requirement analysis, fit-gap, solution design and estimation.

• Knowledge of VAS, IFRS and GAAP.

• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills; able to work with CFO/Head of Supply Chain level.

• Strong quality and customer orientation; able to work under tight deadlines.

• Experience with Japanese companies/clients; Japan on-site experience is a plus.

• Experience in finance/logistics, manufacturing, 3PL, FMCG distribution or retail.

• Knowledge of REST API, middleware/iPaaS, EDI and Power BI.

• SAP/Dynamics/NetSuite or CPA/ACCA/CMA certification.

• CFA, FRM, Professional Investor Certificate; experience with funds/fundraising.
