• Monitor and improve lead time performance against established targets for buyers.
• Identify, analyze, and document the reasons for failing to meet lead time targets.
• Monitor and record daily factors contributing to KPI performance gaps.
• Review and analyze buyers’ KPI performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• College or University graduate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Access, and Word.
• Good command of English.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
