• Annual Remuneration cycle coordination and consolidation from countries submission.
• Manpower planning.
• Talent planning & Sales force assessment.
• FUSION Control & Management.
• Support Remuneration & Analytics Manager for any special data gathering / project requirements from Group/ Region/ Projects.
• Preferred fields of study include Data Analytics, Human Resources, Accountancy or related.
• At least 2 years of experiences in roles with analytics/HR relation.
• Must have good proficiency in English as this role requires daily English usage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office usage (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, VBA, etc. is a plus.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong sense of accountability, can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Resilient and persistent in problem solving and task completion.
