R&D Engineer

·         Responsible about creating and developing new products to meet consumer needs

·         Contributing towards the planning, execution and monitoring of testing a product

·         Refining existing products

·         Meeting with other departments to discuss product concepts

·         Understanding the marketing requirements for a product

·         Creating engineering plans for new products

·        Experience or Knowledge in developing and optimizing polymer compounds.

·        Ability to improve product performance, quality and cost.

·        Education: Bachelor's or College’s degree in Chemical/Technical

·         English: Intermediate English proficiency (interview by english)
