Job description:
- Develop new product test verification ORT plan, and confirm test fixtures/equipment
- Plan quality control plans, inspection standards
- Analyze customer complaint, quality issues on production floor, includes NPI sample and mass
production
- Assess the quality risks of NPI products, complete PPAP, give control quality methods
- Manage Quality team, lead continuous improvement of products
- Control raw material and local supplier, work with SQE and supplier to solve the related raw
material issue
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- Bachelor degree, major in electronic or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience at electronic factories, can analyze failure mode in
production line
- Office software, good communication, teamwork, problem solving.
- English communication.
