QA Senior Staff (Customer Quality)

Panasonic Appliances Vietnam is looking for a qualified candidate to join the Customer Service under the Quality Assurance Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer claims and market quality issues.

• Analyze market quality data to evaluate market quality status.

• Collaborate with other departments to analyze market claims and conduct on-site inspections at customers’ homes when necessary.

• Develop technical instructions.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technical fields, Quality Management, or other related fields.• Experience in QA/QC, Customer Quality, Customer Service, Complaint Handling, Technical Support, or related positions is preferred.• Experience in handling customer complaints/claims or quality-related issues is an advantage.• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas when required.• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electrical/electronics, home appliances, or other consumer products are preferred.
