Project Supervisor - Giám sát Xây dựng

• Manage and supervise the construction workforce and daily site activities.

• Allocate manpower and coordinate work assignments based on project priorities and construction schedules.

• Monitor daily work progress, productivity, and workforce performance.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure workers follow approved drawings, work instructions, quality requirements, and site safety regulations.

• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues to avoid delays and maintain productivity.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress updates and report workforce and site issues to the Project Manager.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and/or Interior Fit-out projects.

• Proven experience in managing construction workers and coordinating site activities.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of construction processes and site operations.

• Good English communication skills and able to communicate effectively with the Project Manager and project stakeholders.

• Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently at the project site.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
