• Develop, maintain, and update baseline and detailed project schedules, including milestones, critical paths, key activities, and schedule logic.

• Monitor actual project progress against the approved schedule, prepare progress forecasts, and identify schedule delays, risks, and potential impacts.

• Develop corrective and recovery schedules, perform delay analysis, and update Delay Analysis Reports based on construction and commissioning progress.

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports, S-Curves, Histograms, manpower/equipment reports, and other project control reports for the Project Manager, Client, and Consultant.

• Monitor and update BOQ and completed quantities, coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment, and maintain accurate project progress and schedule-related records.

• Operate drone works, take photos and record videos, edit progress videos of the project.

Cách 1:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning/scheduling, preferably in EPC, power plant, energy, or industrial projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Primavera P6 is preferred.

• Knowledge of CPM, WBS, S-Curve, progress measurement, delay analysis, and recovery scheduling.

• Good command of English.

• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work at the project site and coordinate with multicultural project teams.
