Product Owner/ Business Analyst (PO/BA)

We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) with strong Business Analysis skills to work on internal enterprise systems and digital transformation projects.

Job Description

•

Work with Business teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, etc.) to understand processes and gather requirements.

•

Analyze business workflows, identify process gaps and propose system improvements.

•

Prepare Business Flows, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Business Rules for development.

•

Work closely with Developers, QA/QC and UI/UX to clarify requirements and resolve issues during development.

•

Support backlog prioritization, UAT, system rollout and post-implementation improvements.

•

Work on internal systems such as OMS, WMS, TMS, DMS, E-Office, ERP/SAP Integration and reporting tools.

•

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or in a similar role.

•

Hands-on experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering and documentation (Business Flows, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Rules).

•

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle.

•

Able to analyze business problems, challenge requirements and communicate effectively with Business and Technical teams.

•

Experience with Enterprise Software, ERP/SAP, DMS, OMS, WMS, TMS or systems related to FMCG, Retail, Supply Chain and Logistics is preferred.

•

Experience using AI tools to support analysis, documentation or testing is an advantage.
