• Develop prototypes and conduct product performance testing using machines and actual bicycles.
• Manage production standards, technical specifications, and engineering changes.
• Develop samples based on customer requirements and monitor sample progress.
• Improve product/production standards to reduce defects and increase productivity.
• Conduct 4M (Material, Machine, Method, Man) checks and ensure compliance with technical standards across bicycle tire production processes.
• Research and develop new products based on OEM and market requirements.
• Design tire molds/profiles and tire structures.
• Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Have 1 years of R&D experience in industrial products, electronics, electronic components, or technically oriented manufacturing industries.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software, and Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication skills, Japanese is an advantage.
