JOB SUMMARY
- Be responsibility for Production Line Troubleshooting.
- Be responsible for Efficiency Improvement.
- Building the Line Standard and Auditing production compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Work with relevant departments for production line troubleshooting (material, man, machine, method).
- Process Efficiency & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
- Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
- Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.
- IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
- Line audit, Gemba Walk.
- Making the Weekly report for all issue and actions related to IPQC/OQC.
- Support ME (Manufacturing Engineering) team for running NPD project if needed.
- Support IE (Industrial Engineering) team for reviewing the method or WI if needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineeringdiscipline.• Good written and spoken English• 2–8 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment;• Strong experience in NPI/NPD, product transfer, process engineering and production ramp-up.• Good knowledge of DFM/DFA, PFMEA, root-cause analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvementmethodologies.• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, jigs/fixtures, equipment, automation and production lineoptimization.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines and cross-functional teams.• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication and problem-solving skills.• Good leadership and coaching capability, with the ability to develop engineers and drive team performance.• Good working knowledge of CAD/3D drawing and Microsoft Office; experience with manufacturing/projectmanagement tools is an advantage.
