• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Identify process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements to reduce waste and operational costs.
• Support new product launches and process validation activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to solve technical issues.
• Develop and update work instructions, process parameters, and operating procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and kaizen projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to production operators when needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication and teamwork skills, willing to learn and work
