Partnership executive - chuyên viên đối tác

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships to expand the company’s ecosystem and enhance its brand value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, propose, and develop relationships with partners aligned with the company’s growth direction.

• Prepare proposals, partnership documents, and participate in pitching to partners.

• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the partnership process, ensuring project progress and quality.

• Coordinate with internal departments to execute campaigns, events, and co-branded communication activities.

• Manage paperwork, contracts, acceptance records, and payment reconciliation.

• Monitor, consolidate, and analyze performance data to recommend improvements for partnership activities.

• Stay updated on market trends, partnership models, and new collaboration opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in communications/advertising, sponsorship, content production, or KOL/KOC booking.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in research, data analysis, and reporting.

• Experience working with TV stations is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Marketing and Economics.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• High discipline, enthusiasm, proactiveness, and willingness to learn.

• Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
