Operation Manager FOH

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Operation Manager to join our new and growing beverage business.

You will play a key role in setting up and developing our Front of House (FOH), from sourcing equipment and shop supplies to preparing the team, setting up operating processes and getting the shop ready to open.

This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, works well with people and enjoys building things from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Lead FOH setup and prepare the shop for opening.

• Source and coordinate suppliers for equipment, tools, packaging and shop supplies.

• Set up FOH workflow, SOPs, checklists and service standards.

• Coordinate equipment setup, testing and operation.

• Work with the Shop Manager to prepare and train the FOH team.

• Monitor FOH operation, service quality and customer experience.

• Identify problems and work with the team to find practical solutions.

• Test and improve new equipment, products and operating processes.

• Build practical FOH standards for future shops.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in F&B or Front of House operations.

• Experience in milk tea, coffee or beverage shops is preferred.

• Experience in sourcing, supplier management or new shop setup is a strong plus.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, with confidence communicating directly with foreign owners and management.

• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

• Quick learner, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.

• Hands-on and comfortable working in a new and changing environment.

• Able to communicate with suppliers and solve problems quickly.

• Good customer service skills.

• Willing to work flexible hours during shop setup and opening periods.
